"Sky's The Limit" immersive art in underground tunnel at O'Hare United Airlines terminal, from a trip to Chicago earlier this week.

Underground pedestrian tunnel scene. Kinetic light sculpture composed of 466 neon tubes hangs from the central ceiling of tunnel. The lights are laid out in a rainbow pattern and sequence on and off in a ripple pattern. A people mover walkway travels underneath the lights, and both sides of the tunnel are flanked by lateral and upper luminescent multi-colored panels. Calming new age music fills the air. According to Guinness it's the largest neon art installation in the world. By Canadian artist Michael Hayden. At O'Hare Airport in Chicago, Illinois.

Made a brief visit to Chicago this week to catch up with some old friends, and as a bonus went biking this am along Lake Michigan near Montrose Harbor 🚲

Woodland forest scene. Park bench in foreground located next to a dirt walking path which winds from the lower right of the frame diagonally toward a curve in the middle left.
